What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you visit our site, technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited is collected through cookies.
Why we collect it
Contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): to fulfil your order, process payment, arrange shipping, and communicate order updates.
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): to improve our website, prevent fraud, and understand how visitors use our site.
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): to send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with third parties necessary to operate our business: WooCommerce/Stripe (payment processing), production partners (order fulfilment), and shipping carriers (delivery). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order data is retained for 7 years after the date of purchase for tax and accounting purposes as required by Estonian law (Accounting Act). Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical site data is retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (subject to legal retention obligations); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time.
