Your right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to info@smokewear.co. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. No fees will be charged.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact info@smokewear.co within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
