Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to info@smokewear.co.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact info@smokewear.co within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
